Picsearch is a registered trademark and Picsearch properties are subject to copyright themselves. Picsearch properties are for personal and non-commercial use only. If you wish to make use of Picsearch services for commercial purposes you must enter into an agreement with Picsearch to do so. In particular, you are not permitted to meta-search Picsearch properties or send automated queries of any kind to Picsearch properties without an agreement with Picsearch to do so.

Third Party Copyright
Many of the images on the World Wide Web are protected by copyright. Although Picsearch locates and displays links to these images, Picsearch does not hold, grant or imply permissions or licenses to use these images for any purpose. If you would like to use any images linked to from Picsearch you must contact the webmaster or copyright holder in order to obtain the appropriate permissions to do so.

Picsearch downloads original images only to create thumbnail images. Afterwards the original images are removed. Thus, users can only access thumbnails when searching for a specific image. Each thumbnail is accompanied by references to the original page that it was indexed from. This enables the users to visit the original page and obtain the appropriate permissions to use the image.

The crawling technology employed by Picsearch follows the robots exclusion standard and the robots meta tag. If you do not wish Picsearch to index your images please add 'psbot' to your robots.txt file in accordance with the The Robot Exclusion Standard.
